These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the PPL Club website and your purchase of our online aviation courses, revision materials, e-exams, mock exams and other digital products.

By creating an account, purchasing a product or using our paid services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About PPL Club

PPL Club is an online aviation education and examination-preparation platform for pilots and student pilots.

For the purposes of these Terms, "PPL Club", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the business operating PPL Club.

2. Our Products

PPL Club provides digital educational and examination-preparation materials, which may include:
- Ground-school courses
- PPL revision materials
- Practice questions
- Mock examinations
- E-exam preparation
- Study guides and resources
- Progress tracking and other online features

Our products are designed to support your own study and examination preparation.
PPL Club is not the UK Civil Aviation Authority and our practice questions and mock examinations are not official CAA examination papers.

We do not guarantee that using PPL Club will result in passing an examination or obtaining a pilot licence.
Aviation regulations, guidance and examination requirements can change, and we may update our content accordingly.

3. Accounts & Personal Use

Where a product requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
Your account and purchased access are for your personal use only.

You must not:
- Share your login details or account with another person
- Allow another person to use your purchased access
- Copy, reproduce or distribute our paid content
- Record, scrape or commercially reproduce our question banks, courses or other paid materials
- Resell or transfer your access

We may monitor account activity, including login activity and IP addresses, to help detect unauthorised account use, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Purchases, Prices & Access

Prices are displayed on the Website before you purchase.

The product page or checkout will state the applicable price, payment arrangement and access period.
Access may be provided for a fixed period or for the duration of an active subscription, depending on the product purchased.

Once a fixed access period expires, access to that product may end.

We may update our products, content and features from time to time, including to correct errors, improve the service or reflect changes to aviation regulations or examination requirements.

5. Subscriptions

Where you purchase a recurring subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable renewal interval unless you cancel it before the next renewal date.

The applicable price and renewal frequency will be shown before purchase.
You can cancel your subscription using the cancellation method provided through your account or by contacting us.

Cancelling a subscription normally prevents future payments but does not automatically refund a period that you have already paid for.

Nothing in this section affects any statutory cancellation or refund rights you may have.

6. Digital Content, Cancellation & Refunds

All purchases made through PPL Club are generally non-refundable. Please ensure that you have selected the correct product before completing your purchase.

Where digital content is supplied immediately after purchase, by downloading such items from our site, you confirm that you lose your statutory 14-day cancellation right once access begins, please be aware of this prior to any purchase. 

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights, including rights that apply where digital content is faulty, or you have purchased but not accessed the digital content. PPL Club will perform a user check to ensure no content has been accessed before confirming if a refund will be made. 

7. Intellectual Property

All PPL Club content, including our:

- Questions and answers
- Courses
- Explanations
- Videos
- Graphics
- Study materials
- Website content
- Branding and software

is owned by or licensed to PPL Club.

Purchasing access gives you a limited right to use the content for your own personal study. It does not transfer ownership of the content to you.

Unauthorised copying, distribution, commercial use or reproduction of our content is prohibited.

8. Account Suspension & Service Availability

We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that you have seriously breached these Terms, including through account sharing, unauthorised copying, fraud or attempts to circumvent our security measures.

We aim to keep PPL Club available and operational, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting or third-party service issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a significant technical problem prevents access to a paid product for a material period, please contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, restore or extend your access.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to applicable law, PPL Club will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you purchased the product.

Where we are legally responsible for a loss arising from a particular purchase, our liability will generally be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product, except where the law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
