Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of digital ground school courses and practice exam question banks made via www.pplclub.co.uk (the “Website”). By purchasing a subscription, you enter into a legally binding contract with PPL Club.

1. Our Contract with You
 

1.1. Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy a subscription. A contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation email or grant you access to the member area.

 

1.2. Accuracy of Information: It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address. PPL Club is not liable for access issues arising from incorrect student details.

2. Digital Content & Access Rights
 

2.1. Licence Grant: Upon payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access our UK PPL training materials for personal, non-commercial study only.

2.2. Prohibited Actions: You must not:
 

• Share your login credentials with others.

• Screen-record, copy, or distribute any text, images, or exam questions.

• Attempt to bypass any technical protection measures on the Website.

​2.3. Security Monitoring: Our system monitors IP addresses and concurrent logins to protect our intellectual property. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be in breach of these security measures without a refund.
 

3. Pricing and Subscriptions
 

3.1. VAT and Fees: All prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable taxes.

3.2. Automatic Renewals: If you choose a recurring subscription, you will be billed automatically at the end of each period. You may cancel at any time via your 'My Subscriptions' page to prevent future charges.

3.3. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; however, price changes will not affect any active subscription period you have already paid for.

4. Statutory Right to Cancel (Refund Policy)

4.1. The 14-Day Rule: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel an online order.

4.2. Waiver of Cancellation Rights: By clicking "Buy Now" and accessing the digital content immediately, you acknowledge and expressly agree that your 14-day right to cancel is waived once the streaming or access to the material has begun.

4.3. Discretionary Refunds: If you have purchased a course in error and have not yet logged into the protected student area, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

5. Service Quality & Disclaimer
 

5.1. Content Accuracy: We aim to provide the most realistic UK CAA-style questions. However, aviation regulations are subject to change by the CAA. We do not guarantee that our content will match every question in your official exam. We therefore cannot guarantee that by purchasing our products will result in being successful in the official CAA examination.  

5.2. Technical Availability: While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to essential maintenance or third-party hosting issues.

5.3. Liability: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our digital content will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Our total liability for any loss is limited to the price paid for your subscription.

 

5.4 Study: Whilst we strive to provide you with the most accurate information possible, our content does, and must not, replace the students own independent study using your Flight Training Organisation's approved study methods and or that of the instruction provided by your Flight Instructor. 

6. Governing Law

6.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
